Vista sucks

Hey everybody... thanks for the kind words on the sketch i posted, I planned to finish it this weekend, buuut... I had multiple technical problems. I got into a big fight configuring my wireless network, then, windows vista decided to be a bitch with just about EVERYTHING.

Story short: don't install vista, don't buy cheap routers or cheap scanners with lousy tech support (coughplustek).

LOL I have this vista laptop that only accepts vista as its OS becuase the hardware in it doesn't even have XP drivers anymore.
I get an average of 3 complete lockups per day.
After a month I was so sick of vista I went back to the store and bought the last XP compatible pc they had. "Vista sucks" is an understatement imho, and the way they try to shove it down our throats is even more annoying.

TL;DR: I feel your pain :(

heh i know how you feel, vista has alot of wormholes when it comes to performance. most of your issues can be resolved with patches, google your scanner name and put patch on the end (i.e brother scanner vista patch) and usually 9 times out of 10 there'll be a patch for it. good luck! :)
